Golconda

GOLCONDA

Inspired by high fermented german beers, 4.8% vol, straw yellow coloured with light greenish shades.
Produced with barley malt and wheat malt together with
German and Czech hops.
It is characterised by a strong but not overwhelming hoppy taste, making it a well balanced and refreshing beer.


Vermillion

VERMILLION

Insipired by the American IPA, 5.8% vol, amber coloured.
Produced with barley malt and USA hops.
It has a bitter taste given by citrus and herbaceous hops well balanced by malts.

Caliban

CALIBAN

Inspired by the belgian Tripel, 8.5% vol, strong golden color.
It is produced with barley malt and candy sugar along with German, Czech and Slovenian hops.
It is characterized by the fruity and spicy aroma of the yeast.
It remains a high drinkable beer despite its high alcohol content and its not overwhelming bitter taste.

Milkyman

MILKYMAN

Inspired by the English Milk Stout, 4.2% vol, ebony colored.
Produced with barley malt and oat.
It is characterised by its coffee and chocolate aftertaste and a sweet softness provided by added milk sugar, typical of this style.


Braséra

BRASÉRA

5% vol beer, straw yellow coloured, lightly veiled.
Produced with barley malt, smoked wheat malt, rye malt and
German hops.
Very fresh and easy drinkable, with delicate hints of herbaceous hops and a light oak wood smoking flavour.

Midnight Stand

MIDNIGHT STAND

Inspired by the American Pale Ale, 3.5% vol, golden blond color.
It is produced with a high variety of American hops providing it with a strong personality, despite its low alcohol content.


Available from June to September.

Malombra

MALOMBRA

Inspired by the Belgian Saison, 6.5% vol, strong blond color.
Produced with barkley, wheat and oat malts.
It is characterised by the particular combinatIon of the fruity flavours of yeast and the herbaceous and flower scents of hops and spices.

Available from May to September


Buendìa

BUENDÌA

Inspired by the American Brown Ale, 6.5 % vol, cassock colored.
Produced with German and American hops and enriched with Huehuetenango Coffee.

Available from October to April.

Santa Lucia

SANTA LUCIA

Inspired by the English Old Ale, 8.3% vol, ebony colored with ruby shades.
Produced with American and English hops, it has a strong bitter taste well balanced by the sweetness of the malts.

Available in December in
20l kegs and 75cl bottles.
